LUBEX founders took it upon themselves to provide this new ‘mobile’ service to a large segment of the population in the State of Kuwait.
Market research confirmed the need of market demands for services in the vehicle maintenance area to come to the customer rather than the customer has to deal with the inconveniences and hardships they usually face when taking their cars to the crowded and poorly organized industrial zones where the majority of car garages are located.
Different households have different reasons for using LUBEX services, be it busy executives with limited time on their hands or due to physical inability or for any other reason a customer may have, LUBEX is always ready to serve and earn its costumers satisfaction.
Since its inception in February 2008, and within a short time from stating field operations, LUBEX was able to earn the trust of the largest car rental company in the State of Kuwait. The business relationship quickly developed the rental company qualified LUBEX as “Certified Service Provider” and signed a contract with LUBEX.
LUBEX is managed by its founders, who are young energetic Kuwaiti engineers. The company employs a team of competent and professional technicians who run a fleet of eight of well equipped vans. Through the call center, LUBEX service vans are dispatched to where our customers need them.
